A small office that answers the phone

Cali Taxes & Notary LLC handles tax returns, books, immigration paperwork, Live Scan, notarizations, and new-business filings in Fresno and the Central Valley, and has done since 2025.

Most of this work arrives on someone’s difficult day. A return that is already late. A power of attorney needed before the afternoon. A form with a deadline nobody explained. The job is to answer the phone, know what the document needs, and not make any of it harder than it already is.

A notary's desk: an open record book with blank pages, a brass seal embosser, and a fountain pen on unmarked paper, lit by a window.
The record

Every act gets written down

A California notary keeps a sequential journal of each notarial act — who signed, what identification was checked, and when. It is the record that makes a notarization verifiable years later.

It is also confidential, which is why the pages in this photograph are blank. A journal holds signatures, identification details, and thumbprints, and none of that belongs on a website.

How we work

Three things you can hold us to

  • Quoted on the phone

You know the total before anything starts, and it does not change afterwards.

  • Honest timelines

If traffic means an hour, we say an hour. An optimistic estimate helps nobody waiting on a document.

  • Told early, not late

If something cannot go ahead — an expired ID, a missing signer, a form we cannot handle — you hear it on the phone, not after the trip.

Where we stop

What we cannot do for you

These are not preferences. They are the limits of a notarial commission and of non-attorney practice, and they exist to make your documents hold up.

  • We cannot give legal advice

What to put in your document, which form to use, or what it means for you is the practice of law and requires an attorney. Anyone who offers otherwise is telling you something important about themselves.

  • We cannot notarize remotely

Every signer must be physically present, able to communicate their willingness to sign, and able to produce valid unexpired identification.

  • Immigration work has limits

We help complete and file forms. We are not attorneys, we do not advise on your case, and we do not represent you before immigration authorities.

Tell us what you need

Call and describe the situation. Two minutes on the phone will tell you whether this is straightforward or complicated.

If it is urgent

Do not use the form. Calling is always faster, and the phone is answered during 9am – 6pm, monday to friday.

Call (559) 614-4664

We send a copy of your request here. We do not add you to any list.

The fastest way to confirm. We call, we do not text marketing.

In a hurry? Call (559) 614-4664 instead — it is always faster.

Request sent

A confirmation is on its way to your email. Nayfa Alzghoul will call you back on the number you gave to confirm the document, the total, and an arrival window.

Before the appointment: valid photo ID for every signer, and the document complete but unsigned.
